Full Story of Panama Case (Nawaz Sharif)

How It started
When Panama Documents were leaked, a little chaos happened in the world because of the famous and Powerful people were included. In the Panama list the prime minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and it’s family were included.
This case was brought to Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan by the leader of Opposition party (Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf) Imran khan.
The Supreme Court Hearing
The SC heard the case from 1 November 2016 to 23 February 2017 by five member bench was headed by Chief Justice Jamali and comprised Justices Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Amir Hani Muslim, Sh. Azmat Saeed, and Ijaz-ul-Ahsan. The hearing begin on 1 Nov, 2017 on daily basis.The Pti Leader Imran khan whose lawyer was Hamid khan accused Nawaz Sharif for alleging money laundering, corruption and contradictory statements. SC Also allow other party to include their statements like Jamaat-e-islami Leader Siraj-ul-haq and Sheikh Rashid Ahmad. Sharif Family lawyer was Butt and Shoaib Rashid to defend the case. The case was about alleging money laundering, corruption and contradictory statements by Nawaz Sharif.
The SC Reserved its judgment on 23 February 2017.
The Court announced om 20 April 2017 that a Joint investigation team has to be formed to probe the Sharif family.
It was defining moment in Pakistan. JIT Report was decision maker.
Joint Investigation Team Report
On July 10, 2017, result of Joint Investigation team was announced Despite controversies.
JIT Submitted  a 275-Page report in the court.
the report Requested NAB to file a reference against Sharif, his daughter Maryam, and his son under section 9 of National Accountability Ordinance.
JIT report said that Nawaz sharif and his family was not able to justify their income and assets and Maryam Nawaz has been proved that she is the beneficial owner of Nielsen and Nescoll.
Maryam Nawaz was also accused of falsifying evidence before SC.

After Submiting JIT report TO SC On 10 July, 2017, The court begins hearing one week later.
On 21 July 2017, the court concluded the hearings and reserved its judgement.  
The Final Result

On 28 July 2017, Supreme Court of Pakistan announced its decision and disqualified Nawaz Sharif as Prime Minister and ordered a criminal investigation by the NAB (National Accountability Bureau) into him and his family..
